When CEO Naveen Seth was in the process of developing Chaska, he recollected some of his childhood memories from India where he and his family would frequently travel and stop at roadside vendors to try the local dishes. The sounds, sights and flavours at these truck stops (or “dhabas” as they are called in India), food carts and open-air markets all inspired Seth when developing the brand. He wanted to showcase the flavours of India with a unique twist.
