Chaska “Name of the Day” – Terms & Conditions
From April 18 to May 16, 2025, participating Chaska locations will be running our exciting “Name of the Day” promotion to celebrate our community and reward loyal fans!
Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before participating in this promotion:
- Promotion Overview
Each day, Chaska will post two first names (one male, one female) to its official Instagram feed and story. If your first name matches one of the featured names of the day, you’re eligible to receive one (1) Free Regular Rice Bowl from a participating location on that same day.
- Eligibility Requirements
To redeem the offer, customers must:
- Present valid government-issued photo ID to confirm their first name.
- Have or create a Chaska Loyalty Account at the time of redemption. New users can easily sign up in-store by scanning the QR code at the cash register.
- Offer Details
- Offer is valid only on the day the name is featured and only for in-store walk-in customers.
- Offer includes one (1) Regular Rice Bowl. Large bowls, protein upgrades, and add-ons are not included and may be purchased at regular price.
- Each eligible customer may redeem the offer once per day.
- This promotion is not available through third-party apps, delivery services, or online ordering.
- Participating Locations
All Chaska locations are participating except Chaska Waterloo, which is excluded from this campaign. Please check our Instagram post captions or story highlights for daily updates and participating stores.
- Name Variations
We want to celebrate name diversity! Common variations of the posted names (e.g., “Sophia,” “Sofia,” “Sofie”) will be accepted at the discretion of staff.
- Promotion Duration
- Start Date: Friday, April 18, 2025
- End Date: Friday, May 16, 2025
- Other Conditions
- No substitutions or cash value offered.
- Chaska reserves the right to deny any redemption if fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Chaska may modify or end this promotion at any time without prior notice.
