Contest Details:

1. Customers will receive a unique prize code with an in-store purchase of $15 or more at Chaska York University.
2. Entrants must possess a valid prize code to participate.
3. The winner will be selected at random on December 20th, 2024, and be contacted directly via email.
4. The winner will receive a “Sweepstakes Winner” card as proof of their prize.
5. The winner has until January 12th, 2025, to respond and claim their prize.
6. The prize includes a $15 meal credit per day from January 6, 2025, through April 4, 2025.
   • Credits do not roll over; any unused daily credits will not accumulate.
   • The $15 daily credit is valid for one use per day by the winner only.
   • Credits are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the winner in person.
   • The winner must present valid ID and their “Sweepstakes Winner” card every time to redeem the credit.
